Our PA-CF carbon fiber reinforced 3D printer filament delivers professional-grade engineering performance. This high-strength nylon composite operates at 260-290°C nozzle temperature, offering industrial-level mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 103.35MPa and heat resistance up to 218°C.


The material features enhanced stability with 1.19g/cm³ density and optimized flow characteristics, making it ideal for manufacturing functional parts. Its superior mechanical specifications include 146.1MPa flexural strength and exceptional impact resistance, perfect for demanding industrial applications and engineering prototypes.


This advanced filament supports print speeds of 40-300mm/s, requiring minimal post-processing while maintaining dimensional accuracy. Each batch undergoes ISO standard testing, ensuring consistent quality for professional manufacturing requirements.
