Our factory decreases environmental impact throughout the extraction, processing, and treatment of raw materials. This is achieved by optimizing production processes, adopting energy-saving technologies, as well as implementing energy-efficient equipment, lighting, heating/cooling systems in production facilities, thereby minimizing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. These measures enhance energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint.
We dedicate much of our effort to conducting circular production strategies to minimize manufacturing waste by recycling production waste, optimizing material utilization efficiency and simplifying packaging, exploring opportunities for closed-loop systems. In this process, spools of filaments can be returned and recycled into new filaments or cartons.

We develop biodegradable filaments and promote compostable materials such as PLA (Polylactic Acid) as sustainable alternatives to conventional plastics to ensure that our products can be naturally degraded at the end of their lifecycle so that environmental pollution and landfill can be mitigated. Moreover, our company carry out Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) on the products to evaluate the environmental impact from production, which helps us identify areas for improvement, including carbon emissions, water usage, and resource consumption.
